Welcome to Popi. Popi is a global marketplace that connects brands and creators for digital content, influencer marketing, and collaboration opportunities.

By accessing or using Popi, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use or access the Popi platform.

1. Platform Use

Popi provides a marketplace where brands and creators can discover each other, publish or purchase services, communicate regarding collaborations, and manage campaigns.

Popi may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the platform when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or operational reasons.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or the safety and integrity of the Popi marketplace.

2. User Accounts

When creating a Popi account, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

You must notify Popi promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Users may not create accounts for fraudulent, misleading, or abusive purposes.

3. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for the accuracy of the services, information, portfolios, pricing, delivery times, and other information published on their profiles.

Creators agree to:

* Deliver services according to the agreed requirements.

* Respect campaign deadlines.

* Provide original and lawful content.

* Obtain appropriate permissions for content they provide.

* Communicate professionally with brands.

* Comply with applicable advertising, copyright, privacy, and consumer protection laws.

Creators must not intentionally misrepresent their audience, engagement, experience, services, or results.

4. Brand Responsibilities

Brands are responsible for providing accurate campaign information, requirements, deadlines, and materials necessary for creators to complete their work.

Brands agree to:

* Provide clear and lawful campaign requirements.

* Respect the agreed scope of work.

* Provide necessary materials or access in a timely manner.

* Communicate professionally with creators.

* Make payments for agreed services through the applicable Popi payment process.

Brands may not request creators to produce content that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or Popi policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not use Popi for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.

The following activities are prohibited:

* Fraud, scams, or deceptive activities

* Phishing or attempts to obtain sensitive information

* Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data

* Malware, viruses, malicious software, or harmful code

* Spam or abusive automated activity

* Impersonation of another person, brand, or organization

* Copyright or trademark infringement

* Selling or promoting illegal products or services

* Content involving exploitation or abuse of children

* Terrorist or extremist content

* Content that unlawfully promotes violence or discrimination

* Money laundering or other financial crimes

* Attempts to manipulate ratings, reviews, orders, or marketplace activity

* Circumventing Popi's payment or transaction systems

* Any activity intended to compromise the security or integrity of Popi

Popi may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in serious violations.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they create and upload to Popi unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

By uploading content to Popi, you grant Popi a limited license to host, display, process, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the platform.

Creators and brands are responsible for ensuring that the content they upload or deliver does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties.

Ownership and usage rights for campaign content should be clearly agreed between the brand and creator before or during the transaction.

Unless otherwise agreed, purchasing a service does not automatically transfer every intellectual property right associated with the creator's work.

7. User-Generated Content

Users are responsible for content, reviews, messages, images, videos, and other materials they publish through Popi.

You must not upload or publish content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.

Popi reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Payments and Transactions

Payments for services available through Popi may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Users agree to provide accurate payment and transaction information.

Creators are responsible for providing the services associated with completed orders.

Popi may place transactions on hold, investigate suspicious activity, or take other reasonable measures when necessary to prevent fraud, disputes, or misuse of the platform.

Users must not attempt to circumvent Popi's payment system in order to avoid applicable fees, protections, or platform procedures.

9. Refunds and Disputes

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to Popi's Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If a dispute occurs between a brand and creator, Popi may review the relevant order, communications, campaign requirements, delivery information, and evidence provided by both parties.

Popi may determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Submitting a dispute does not automatically guarantee a refund.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may be permitted to leave reviews and ratings based on their genuine experience with a transaction or collaboration.

Reviews must be honest and must not contain:

* False or misleading information

* Threats or harassment

* Personal or sensitive information

* Spam or promotional content unrelated to the transaction

* Attempts to manipulate ratings

Users may not purchase, exchange, or otherwise manipulate reviews or ratings.

11. Communication

Popi may provide messaging and communication features to facilitate collaboration between brands and creators.

Users must use these features responsibly and professionally.

Users must not use Popi's communication systems for spam, fraud, harassment, phishing, or unauthorized marketing activities.

12. Account Suspension or Termination

Popi reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when:

* These Terms are violated.

* Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

* The platform is misused.

* A user poses a security or safety risk.

* The user engages in unlawful activity.

* Required information is found to be materially false or misleading.

Where appropriate, Popi may provide notice regarding an account restriction or termination.

Serious violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Popi available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Maintenance, technical problems, security incidents, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

14. Third-Party Services

Popi may integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, analytics services, communication tools, hosting providers, and other technology services.

Third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Popi is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, or policies of third-party services.

15. Disclaimer

Popi provides a marketplace and technology platform for facilitating connections and transactions between brands and creators.

Popi does not guarantee the performance, quality, audience size, engagement rate, business results, sales, or other outcomes of any creator or campaign unless expressly stated otherwise.

Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of a creator, brand, service, or campaign before entering into a transaction.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Popi will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the platform or interactions between users.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold Popi harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

* Their violation of these Terms

* Their unlawful use of the platform

* Their content or services

* Their infringement of third-party rights

* Their transactions or interactions with other users

18. Changes to These Terms

Popi may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, business operations, legal requirements, or applicable regulations.

Updated terms will be published on this page. Continued use of Popi after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable

 law.
